VICTREX® PEEK 90HMF40 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 40% carbon fiber. It exhibits excellent wear- & chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and thermal expansion.

It provides excellent strength, stiffness and excellent dimensional stability.
It shows low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination.
It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium.
It is designed for injection molding applications.
VICTREX® PEEK 90HMF40 is recommended for complex geometries with thinner cross sections and longer flow length.
