As highlighted by the November Click'N Vote of Omnexus, material suppliers should expect strong volume growth on antimicrobial materials. Almost 160 Omnexus Members enrolled to this Click'N Vote and 88% of them expected a rising demand for such formulations. 60.4% of these 160 Members rated the demand as being significant or reasonable, and 27.2% of them rated this future demand as moderate. As reported last month in the Compamed Review Article, which was posted on Omnexus on Dec. 13th new thermoplastic materials have been launched which feature antimicrobial function.
