Treated Sheets Cut Hospital Infections

Hospital-acquired infections could be reduced dramatically, thanks to the output of a pan-European project. A team of researchers, led by Devan Chemicals of Belgium, has developed an additive technology that produces anti-bacterial textiles - which can be used to make a range of hospital products such as bedsheets and nurses' uniforms.
