Stanyl® TW272B6 by DSM is a heat stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) + PTFE grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possesses high flow, low warpage, low friction, reduced cycle time, easy processability, high toughness, excellent retention of stiffness at higher temperatures (above 100°C) and good electrical properties.
Stanyl® TW272B6 provides excellent heat-, wear-, moisture-, abrasion-, fatigue-, grease-, oil- and creep resistance. Meets ISO 1043 for PA46+PTFE.
