Stanyl® TW441 by DSM is a heat stabilized and lubricated polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possesses high viscosity, high flow, low warpage, low friction, reduced cycle time, easy processability, high toughness, excellent retention of stiffness at higher temperatures (above 100°C) and good electrical properties.
Stanyl® TW441 provides excellent heat-, wear-, moisture-, abrasion-, fatigue-, grease-, oil- and creep resistance. Used in automotive engines. Meets ISO 1043 for PA46.
