Temperature Programmed Desorption-Mass Spectrometry (TPD-MS) is a real-time evolved gas analysis technique.
The problem in the curing process, such as contamination in the apparatus and bubbles, can be attributed to the evolved gas from the adhesive. The evolved gas from the adhesive in the curing process was investigated by using TPD-MS.
