SANTOPRENE™ 121-75M200

SANTOPRENE™ 121-75M200 by Celanese is a soft, black polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It is a recyclable, shear-dependent grade and provides high flow, good sealing performance, improved appearance, high gloss levels, design flexibility and easier processing. Exhibits low dynamic viscosity, less glass breakage, exterior UV resistance and shorter cycle times. Offers compression and tension set comparable to EPDM rubber. Requires low injection pressure and is less sensitive to flow direction during molding enabling less risk of part warping. Processed by injection molding and multi-injection molding. Used for automotive and outdoor applications for glass encapsulated weather seals and gaskets for quarter lights and side fixed glass applications. SANTOPRENE™ 121-75M200 complies with RoHS, EU Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GM GMW15812, Type 5.
