SANTOPRENE™ 281-55MED by Celanese is a soft, natural, specialty polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and is shear-dependent. Suitable for processing by coextrusion, profile & sheet extrusion and multi-injection molding. It is designed for use in seals & gaskets, medical and healthcare applications such as soft-touch grips. SANTOPRENE™ 281-55MED complies with RoHS and meets the USP (U.S. Pharmacopeia) Class VI requirements for plastics.
