XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-70 Liquid Silicone Rubber

XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-70 Liquid Silicone Rubber by Dow is two-part, 1 to 1 mix, liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It exhibits high tear strength, high transparency, short cycle time, good mechanical properties (non post-cure). It provides part design flexibility. This injection molding grade is ideal for intricate designs and designed to offer excellent processing on molding equipment. XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-70 Liquid Silicone Rubber is recommended for seals, gaskets, grommets, O-rings, damping parts, exhaust hangers, air intake and cooling system. It meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR and XV regulation. It has shelf life of 12 months from the date of production when stored at or below 32°C.
