Silopren™ EL 1959

Silopren™ EL 1959 by Momentive Performance Materials is a hydrophobic, platinum cured liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It is a crosslinking, one-component resin. Provides excellent heat resistance, low to no flash, short vulcanization time and ease of de-molding. Shows a lower impact on the environment. Offers high clarity, good electrical conductivity & deep and thin-section cure capability. Imparts high tracking-, weathering-, ozone-, UV- and arc resistance. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Silopren™ EL 1959 is designed for use in speciality coatings for high voltage industry.
