Silopren™ Electro 170 by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicone rubber. Offers fast hydrophobicity transfer, hydrophobicity recovery and excellent dielectric behaviour over a wide range of temperature. Exhibits outstanding resistance to aging, weather and tracking. Silopren™ Electro 170 is used in high voltage insulator applications like suspension insulators, line posts, surge arresters and terminators.
