Silopren™ LSR 2530 by Momentive Performance Materials is a two-component liquid silicone rubber. It is not readily combustible, does not melt or drip. It is easily pigmented with LSR color pastes. Offers low viscosity, high thermal stability, excellent stability and flexibility at low temperature. Exhibits outstanding aging resistance, excellent dielectric behaviour over a wide range of temperature, high stability to ozone and UV light. Shows good rubber-like properties and long service life at dynamic stress. Silopren™ LSR 2530 is used in coating of textiles for protective suits or conveyor belts, glass-fibre fabric sleeves, fabrics for compensators, tents and other technical applications. Meets flame retardant class UL 94 (HB) flame rating.
