Silopren™ LSR 2730 TP 3823 by Momentive Performance Materials is a two-component liquid silicone rubber. It is easily pigmented with LSR color pastes. Offers primer-less adhesion to a wide range of substrates, high thermal stability, flexibility at low temperature and excellent stability. Exhibits very good aging behavior, weather resistance, good dielectric and mechanical properties. It reaches full bond strength after a short post-cure (1 h at 100°C) or by longer storage at room temperature. Designed for processing by multi-component injection, insert molding or overmolding. Silopren™ LSR 2730 TP 3823 is used in elastomeric articles like sealing elements, membranes, vibration dampening elements, spatula or other hard-soft combinations.
