Silopren™ LSR 4640 FC by Momentive Performance Materials is a platinum catalysed, two-component liquid silicone rubber. Offers fast cure at low temperature (at 100°C), long pot life, low viscosity and high tear strength. Exhibits resistance to UV and chemicals. Designed for processing by injection molding onto lower temperature substrates such as polycarbonate. Potential applications include respiratory/ anesthesia masks, wound drain bulbs, surgical devices, diagnostics, Imaging, fluid and drug delivery. Silopren™ LSR 4640 FC complies with USP Class VI and ISO 10993 regulations.
