3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5033Z by 3M is a milky-white, water-based fluoropolymer dispersion with a solid content of 24%. The spherical hydrophobic polymer particles have an average size of 195 nm and a density of 2.2 g/ml. Filler and color pigments can be added to the dispersion. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5033Z shows good chemical resistance, excellent matrix composite, residue-free precipitation, large service temperature range, good dry lubrication and non-stick properties. Used in manufacturing of slide bearings and dry bearings for machine and automobile construction.
