3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TFR 1502A by 3M is a modified free-flowing suspension PTFE produced by suspension polymerization. Is suitable for processing by ram extrusion. Provides excellent product smoothness, lower deformation under load, low permeability and good moldability. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Granules TFR 1502A possesses less porosity, good weldability, excellent chemical inertness, low friction, good flame retardance and high temperature resistance. Recommended for thick walled pipes, rods and profiles with a wall thickness >12 mm and for tubes with a wall thickness > 4 mm. Further applications are semi-finished articles like seals, valve seats or other machined parts. Meets ASTM D 4894 Type IV classification.
