Hostaform® C 13021 by Celanese is an unfilled, crystalline polyacetal polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer. It has additive like release agent. It exhibits good resistance to long-term fatigue and chemicals like solvents, fuels and strong alkalis. It shows resistance to wear, creep, hydrolysis, stress cracking, thermal and oxidative degradation. It possesses high rigidity, hardness, toughness, excellent resilience and good heat distortion temperature (to 100°C). It provides thermal stability, good slip properties and low moisture absorption. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Hostaform® C 13021 can be used in automotive engineering, precision engineering, electric & electronic industry and domestic appliances. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA. Meets the recommendation XXXIII for consumer goods of the BgVV and UL flame ratings.
