Hostaform® C 9021 K 14 BLACK by Celanese is a very hard and rigid, heavy-metal free polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer grade modified with special chalk.

It exhibits outstanding chemical (solvents, fuels & strong alkalis)-, hydrolysis-, fatigue-, creep-, moisture- and stress cracking resistance.
It possesses toughness (up to -40°C), good heat distortion temperature (up to 100°C), very good slip/ wear properties, excellent resilience, low moisture absorption and higher stability to thermal and oxidative degradation compared to acetal homopolymers.
It shows easy colorization. It can be processed by injection molding.
Hostaform® C 9021 K 14 BLACK is suitable for unlubricated or once-only-lubricant sliding parts.
