ESD C 101 FR

ESD C 101 FR is a light weighted, flame retardant polypropylene (PP) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber. Is electrically conductive and provides electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. Exhibits excellent chemical- and warpage resistance, good dimensional stability, rigidity, strength and heat resistance and easy processing and possesses good mechanical properties. Designed for injection molding process. Possible applications are manufacture of combine chaff filter, LI-ION battery module, barbecue grill light, ultrasonic cleaner, fluid handling pumps, ATEX compliant pump and real estate sign frame. Complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating.
