ULTEM™ resin 2120

ULTEM™ resin 2120 by SABIC is a 10% glass fiber reinforced, non-halogenated flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) resin. It is opaque and can be custom colored. It offers chemical resistance, good processability, high flow, hydrolytic stability, low smoke and toxicity.

It provides dimensional stability, high stiffness/strength and high temperature resistance.
It is PFAS-free, amorphous and IR transparent grade.
Suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion and compression molding.
ULTEM™ resin 2120 is used in automotive under the hood, automotive lighting, electrical and electronics components and infrastructure, industrial semiconductors and rails.
It complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
