NanoFLON® 101T

NanoFLON® 101T by Shamrock Technologies is a virgin micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. It reduces noise and friction. It enhances wear resistance and stick-slip response. Suitable for use as a processing aid. Designed for food processing, machine parts and medical devices. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. Meets with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550. Recommended dosage level of NanoFLON® 101T ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight.
