NanoFLON® 114T by Shamrock Technologies is a nano-sized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade with high surface area. Offers easy dispersion, good slip & release, good abrasion and wear resistance. It reduces friction and noise. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polystyrene and polycarbonate. Designed for thin film and micromolding applications. Recommended dosage level of NanoFLON® 114T ranges from 5-20% of total formula weight.
