NanoFLON® 119N

NanoFLON® 119N by Shamrock Technologies is a good slip, nano-sized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. It reduces friction and noise. Exhibits high surface area and good release. Offers easy dispersion & good abrasion and wear resistance. Designed for thin film and micromolding applications. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polystyrene and polycarbonate. Recommended dosage level of NanoFLON® 119N ranges from 5-20% of total formula weight.
