Synthos EPS® RF23W-n

EPS RF23W-n by Ineos is a free flowing, flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade containing reduced pentane content as the expansion agent. Exhibits medium density, short cycle time, good processability and offers more controllable pre-expansion and shorter silo maturing times and is adapted to batch expanders. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. EPS RF23W-n is recommended for shape & block molding, well fused block for making insulation and construction products and large contour molding applications. Complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102, Part 1, B1.
