EDISTIR® R 540E by Versalis Eni Group is a polystyrene high impact (HIPS) grade. Is suitable for food contact. Exhibits matt surface finish, good heat resistance and high stiffness. Designed for injection molding and extrusion of thick sheets and profiles. EDISTIR® R 540E is recommended for industrial panels for appliances and buildings and molding of shoe heels. Complies with ISO 2897-PS-I, G, 093-03-07-18, EU No 10/2011 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating (UL file E83071).
