Extir® A 5000 AE

Extir® A 5000 AE by Versalis Eni Group is a general purpose flame retardant expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade. Contains pentane as blowing agent and exhibits easy processing. Designed for injection molding process. Extir® A 5000 AE is used for production of low-medium density blocks for thermal insulation sector. Typical applications are external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), low density elastified blocks for impact sound absorption (Trittschall), void formers, trough formers & culvert formers cut from block and blocks & slabs for road foundations and civil construction. Complies with DIN 4102 Class B1.
