VICTREX® HT™ 22CA30

VICTREX® HT™ 22CA30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Exhibits standard flow, excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Provides excellent strength, excellent stiffness and excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. Shows good chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminium & titanium. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for higher temperature applications for higher strength and stiffness in a static or dynamic system. VICTREX® HT™ 22CA30 complies with FDA.
