VICTREX® PEEK 90G

VICTREX® PEEK 90G by Victrex is a high flow, semi-crystalline polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Designed for processing by injection molding. Recommended for complex geometries with thinner cross sections or longer flow length. Exhibits good ductility, excellent strength and stiffness. Provides low coefficient of friction, excellent wear and chemical resistance. It is insoluble in solvents like acids, salts and oil. Offers low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent dimensional stability in high temperature and harsh environments. Also exhibits low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. VICTREX® PEEK 90G complies with FDA and is used in medical sterilization applications.
