VICTREX® WG™ 101

VICTREX® WG™ 101 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, black colored, high performance polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade reinforced with wear additives. It does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other halogenated additives. Possesses easy flow, excellent wear resistance, very low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Exhibits high strength, stiffness, excellent dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. Offers insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for tribological applications with thin cross sections or long flow lengths. VICTREX® WG™ 101 complies with FDA.
