SANTOPRENE™ 101-64

SANTOPRENE™ 101-64 by Celanese is a soft, versatile polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits good physical properties, excellent ozone- and chemical resistance.
  • It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, and shear-dependent.
  • Suitable for processing by coextrusion, multi injection-, extrusion blow- & injection molding, profile- and sheet extrusion.
  • Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance.
  • Used in appliance components, automotive applications like gaskets, air induction system ducts, weather seals, under the hood, seals and gaskets.
  • Also used in plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, electronics and electrical parts, consumer applications and outdoor applications.
  • It is RoHS compliant grade and is designed for floor care, tubing and diaphragms.
  • SANTOPRENE™ 101-64 is listed in #QMFZ2.E80017, Plastics-Component, file #QMFZ8.E80017 and Plastics Certified for Canada-Component.
