SANTOPRENE™ 101-80 by Celanese is polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with good physical properties.

Exhibits softness, chemical- and ozone resistance. Suitable for processing by coextrusion, vacuum-, thermoforming, blow-, injection-, multi injection molding, blow-, profile- and sheet extrusion.
It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, shear-dependent.
Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance.
Used in appliance components, automotive applications like air induction system ducts, boots and bellows for steering and suspension, plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, seals and gaskets, washer tubes, under the hood, consumer applications, diaphragms, electrical parts, outdoor applications and tubing.
Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and RoHS.
