SANTOPRENE™ 691-65W175 by Celanese is a soft, colorable polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, shear-dependent. Suitable for processing by coextrusion-, profile-, sheet extrusion and thermoforming. Designed for extruding thin wall sections with excellent definition (down to 0.33mm radius) and to maximize run length with minimal build-up of material on screen packs or narrow sections of dies. Recommended for glazing and sealing applications and applications requiring excellent ozone- and flex fatigue resistance. Used in packaging and industrial applications such as expansion joints, rail pads & boots, residential window, door seals, water stops for containment structures. SANTOPRENE™ 691-65W175 complies with RoHS.
