SANTOPRENE™ 8211-65 by Celanese is a non-hygroscopic polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Shows good physical properties and is a soft, neutral, colorable resin. Exhibits chemical resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shear-dependent. Suitable for processing by multi injection-, injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding. Used in automotive applications, consumer applications like electronics, floor care, hand tools, kitchen tools, speaker surrounds, cell phones, flexible grips and seals. Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone- and flex fatigue resistance. SANTOPRENE™ 8211-65 complies with RoHS and UL94 HB flame rating.
