COOLMAG 29 LV

COOLMAG 29 LV by Coolmag Thermo Conductive is a low viscosity, thermally conductive, durable, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-based elastomeric compound of encapsulant two component system. It shows electric isolation, and mechanical-, flame- and fire protection (retardant and extinction). It exhibits heat transfer, reduces hot spots and minimizes average temperature of systems. It offers low stress, excellent thermal shock, high water-, aging and chemical resistance. COOLMAG 29 LV is designed for power transformers, semiconductors, automotive and high reliability power electronics, on board chargers (OBC), inverters and DC/DC converters in electric vehicles, inter-cell coating, protection in batteries, gap filler to interface with liquid cooling in battery packs. It complies with REACH (Regulation (EC) 1907/2006), RoHS II (Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU). The shelf life is 12 months.
