Sappi Symbio PP20

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Sappi
Sappi Symbio PP20 by Sappi is a low density, cellulose fiber (20%) reinforced polypropylene. It offers good sound/damping, soft & warm touch, good processability, very good heat resistance and good aesthetics. Also, provides low water absorption and excellent scratch resistance. This thermoplastic composite contains renewable content. It consists of virgin polypropylene and specifically selected & treated wood-based cellulose from responsibly managed forests. Due to its good balance between density, stiffness and impact resistance it can be used for a variety of applications. It can be recycled or burned for energy. It can be processed by injection molding or 3D printing. Also, suitable for recycling methods such as shredding, re-grinding and cleaning.
